to top Signedso -----
The
story so far... when signsedso first formed, the band set out to achieve
the impossible: render a homegrown music culture, from scratch, to
empower the youth of a small midwestern town. from their roots in bloomington,
il; the trio soon realized their dream to carry the rock n' roll struggle
through the depths of the nation. since, they've appeared with renowned
acts such as snapcase, attention, the deadlines, gogogo airheart, stereotyperider,
fivespeed, her flyaway manner, and more.
with three self released eps, several diy tours, a brief stint in phoenix
az, and now their first full length album, (recorded by matt van leuven
@ eight houses in denver colorado, and released on phoenix arizona's
sunset alliance records) signsedso is back in bloomington where they
relentlessly strive to unite the passionate. with the release of this
record, this captivating powerhouse will again invade backyards and
watering holes in cities both foreign and familiar.
After relocation, a subsequent move "back home," and a regrouping
of body and mind, signsedso is now preparing to introduce all parts
of the U.S. to the Authentic Rock Movement. signsedso is committed
to inspiring the masses, preaching their "Rock for Rock's sake" credo.
With the release of their first full-length effort, captivate is just
what they do. Recorded in a sleepless week at Eight Houses Studio in
Denver, the self-titled album is laden with the hope and vehemence
of a young punk band, yet characterized by the tone and calculation
of a veteran rock wonder. This must-have is a balanced battle between
sensitive articulation and unadulterated intensity. A recipe of fervent
emotion with a splash of sounds-good feeling, the album embodies the
forgotten spirit of Rock 'n Roll. An honest work; a demonstration in
uncompromising passion.
Their story told, they have but one request of you; encourage your
local progression and spread the good word; support the authentic rock
movement.

LastDay
Parade (R.I.P)
LDP always struggled through At the Drive-In comparisons. Hailing for a bordering
state, within the Albuquerque city limits, there exists LDP. a band with
an equally creative and inspiring sound as ATDI, with so much intensity and
excitement that I feel like I'm at a family reunion gone bad. A band dependent
on it's dynamics and speed changes, LDP establishes it's own identity. Last
Day Parade has tripped onto something magical on it's Sunset Alliance release
that explodes like a land mine. Now defunct, you can find Last Day Parade
members participating in other projects, in the meantime email us to order
the last few copies of this inspiring EP that still exist.

Back to top Necronuats -----
Formed
in April of 2000, billy g (vocals/guitar), Dale T. Goodman (drums),
and Andrew Kirk Pangus (bass) have combined their talents to create
The Necronauts, a 3 piece group of rock dynamos from the hot desert
valley of Phoenix, Arizona.
They have played countless local shows around Phoenix and surrounding
areas and have released two recordings on their own, both containing
over ten powerful
tracks of extremely dynamic sounds and have developed a deep following
in the Phoenix area as well as Northern Arizona. They are planning a
southwestern
tour for the summer of 2002 to introduce the world to their first studio
LP being released on Sunset Alliance Records. "Melodic Array of Change" is
the album that will restore your faith in rock and roll.

Back to top Andherson -----
Andherson
is considered one of the great bands in the mid-late 90's wave of independent
rock from the Phoenix area which included Seven Storey Mountain, Pine Wyatt,
Carrier, and survivors Jimmy Eat World. After re-locating to Southern California
for a couple years, Andherson returned to the Valley of the Sun with songs
and a plan to release a full length album on Sunset Alliance in 2002. Those
plans changed as the the members of Andherson and Nikademus went on to comprise
the fast-paced, working rock band- The Train Of Thought. The band parted ways
when the boys moved to other states. The remaining AZ member, Matt Anderson,
is a film student and busy writing music scoring his own films/projects. Rumor
has it, Matt is jamming with Before Braille to help fill the bass position
recently vacated. Some of Andherson's best work can be found on Triplesplit
Series I with Fivespeed and Before Braille, as well as a featured song on
Chapter VI of the Deep Elm compilation series.
